Forty for the win in the “6 out of 45” lottery

Austrian Lotteries – and with it the “6 out of 45” lottery – are turning 40! That’s right, the first Lotto draw took place in Austria on September 7, 40 years ago. It’s certainly a cause for celebration – and, above all, to get the players on board: that’s why the “6 out of 45” lottery is raffling off 40 prizes of 40,000 euros each – in gold!
These 40 additional prizes will be drawn from all Lotto entries that take part in at least one of the five draws between Wednesday, September 9 and Sunday, September 20.
It makes no difference whatsoever whether the picks are placed at a retail outlet, via the Lotteries app or via the win2day.at website, nor does it matter whether they are Quick Picks, picks on standard tickets or system picks.
