Superpot with 130 million euros coming up

On Friday, a three-digit million euro prize is at stake once again

After a UK citizen cracked the EuroMillions lottery last Friday and won around 128.5 million euros, a similar amount will be at stake again this coming Friday, September 9. Actually, there's even more at stake, because a Superpot with a guaranteed 130 million euros also awaits.

Incidentally, there has never been a triple-digit million euro lottery win in Austria before. The current Austrian record stands at 55.6 million euros, which was won in the region of Carinthia back in 2008.

If there is no winning ticket in the “5 plus 2 correct picks” category on September 9, the 130 million euros will remain in the Europot, which will then increase accordingly in the next round. The amount of the 1st prize winning rank is limited and can grow to a maximum of 240 million euros. Any amount in excess of this will be added to the next lower winning rank.
