There are awards in six categories, as well as the Austrian Lotteries’ Sponsorship Award

Which projects and initiatives can make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? That’s the key question behind the Austrian Inclusion Award, an initiative by Lebenshilfe Österreich and Austrian Lotteries. Awarded for the ninth time this year, it recognises projects that contribute to fostering the inclusion of people with disabilities.

We’re looking for projects that promote independent living, break down barriers and encourage inclusion in society. Anyone is free to participate: organisations, businesses, schools, clubs, private initiatives and individuals. Entries can easily be submitted online at www.inklusionspreis.at up to and including September 7, 2026.An independent panel of experts selects one winner in each category (Education, Work & Business, Health, Media & Communication, Technology & Digitalisation, Leisure & Culture). In addition, one particularly outstanding project will receive the Austrian Lotteries Sponsorship Award, worth 10,000 euros.
