We are more than pleased to maintain our social commitment, which stems from our deep conviction and includes support for the “Licht ins Dunkel” (“Light into the Darkness”) campaign. 

At the big fundraising gala on the occasion of „50 Jahre Licht ins Dunkel“ (“50 Years of Light into the Darkness”) on November 18, Erwin van Lambaart, Director General of Austrian Lotteries, presented a donation cheque in the amount of 50,000 euros. The Austrian Lotteries’ support programme is quite diverse. Projects in which integration and inclusion are of such vital importance and that focus on human beings have always enjoyed a special status.

With the “Light into the Darkness” campaign, financial aid is channelled to where it is really needed. “It’s wonderful to experience this atmosphere here. It’s clear that this is not just about setting a record. It’s not about exceeding last year’s results or achieving a top performance on the occasion of an anniversary. Every single euro counts, and what is special about every one of these euros is that it comes from the heart,” says Erwin van Lambaart about his work on the donation phone line.
