We allow flexible, individual working time models (full-time and part-time), position-dependent teleworking (home office) and co-working (mobile working in our Innovation Hub).

Due to our family-friendly company policies, we aim to support you in balancing your professional and private lives. For example, we offer in-house childcare by flying nannies on public holidays, or – depending on the position – an adjustment in working hours in response to life phases (e.g. educational leave, sabbatical).

Remuneration & other benefits
In addition to remuneration in line with market levels as well as a performance bonus, we offer further benefits. For example, apprentices receive a bonus for excellent performance at the end of the year.

An innovative environment
You can make use of the Innovation Hub at our corporate headquarters as a temporary workplace (co-working), for exchanging ideas with colleagues in the context of design thinking workshops (co-creation), the Summer Academy or at impulse lectures on the topic of innovation.

Social collaboration
In the spirit of our open communication culture, we maintain a regular exchange of information and opinions, via our internal channels (employee magazine, newsletter, intranet, social collaboration platform) on the one hand and through employee surveys on the other hand. When it comes to particularly sensitive issues, confidants are also available for personal exchanges.
